Harrasing for payment

I have not paid my bill for loop for 4 months the bill amount is Rs 5536/- which i disconnected the service in march as i was searching for my job i told the gallery people tht i will pay after my job gets confirmed but from last 1 month they are calling the numbers wich i called during my loop connections they are giving bad words on the phone i have recorded tht whole communications beetween us and tht was a lady who was calling me as a loop employee after this i went to gallery andheri (west) near shoppers stop the manager told me they are not loop employee but recovery agent but hte lady has admited tht she was from loop as its is recorded on my phone it was such bad day the lady called me iwas fraustated, now this people are calling my freinds and asking for payment from them which is very wrong at the time of connection they didnt ask my friends should they give me connections before i used to pay bill reguraly as u can check records, i even said them tht i will pay but after i get the job i requeted them
