I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Mobile, Model :- Vivaz
I have got a problem with the mobile and I have submitted the mobile on Feb 11 to the sony ericsson service center citing the problem. But till date I haven't received my set. They are just postponing its delivery by giving one excuse or the other. They are saying that I can receive my set but on reaching the service center they said it hasn't been repaired. I am disappointed by the service provided by the sony ericsson service center located at Ghatkopar (E) Mumbai and I had also registered a complaint in sony ericsson help line, to which they gave me a complaint number -89829853, but still I didn’t get the response from the service center. This is creating a bad impression on the customers mind of the service provided by you. Please ensure us that we can get our mobile back as soon as possible.
