I am using a vodafone number with a blackberry plan. i shifted my handset to nokia and asked vodafone to cancel my blackberry data plan and activate 3gb normal data plan. Vodafone activated my 3 gb data plan but did not cancel my earlier blackberry plan and is now telling me that due to their backend problem it could not be cancelled and i have to pay them for their fault. I guess the company is really in a bad shape and is resorting to fleecing the consumers in order to survive.
