19.5.2011 send sms number portality for my cell number to 1900. 20.5.2011 a lady called

(number 044-66682650) and told some solutions. 1.recharge Rs.81 and get any cell for 30 paisa 2.recharge Rs.30 and get sms 360 free for one month. i am recharge Rs.81 & Rs.30 but i get one second for one minute for 50 paisa andsms for 50 paisa. so, i am calling to customer care but tata indicom customer care company was no response and get a compuer voice please send mail for customer care .tn@tata tel.co.in.soplease solve my problem
