Since i am using Airtel connectivity Cell / Landline / Broadband, due to heavy workload i forgot to pay the last bill amount ie only Rs.633 today suddenly disconnected my SIM. Since i am customer of Airtel and using 2 years the way disconnected the sim is not good to maintain valuable customer.
Either they can deactivate the outgoing first or incoming first, instead of they totally disconnected SIM. Now i am in the position to reconsider whether i should continue with AIRTEL product for all connectivity or nor? I am need a marketing guy from Airtel to discuss about this. If possible please contact me.
I am in big organization and most of my co-owers are using AIRTEL, but by this kind of attitude, i will never recommend to anyone to have AIRTEL connectivity.
