Cannot receive overseas calls

I am from jorhat assam and my airtel postpaid mobile number is 9954478728. I'm facing a problem from august which is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I cannot access overseas calls particularly from USA. The irony is that i can receive the same calls on my BSNL LANDLINE...

clearly airtel is about to hit the rockbottom, a downward spiral... a landline superior to wireless AMAZING!!
