Stopping EBill

I have been calling up Airtel time and again and requesting them to stop my ebill but they have conveniently turned a deaf ear to my requests eversince. I also SMSed STOP EBILL Id from my mobile but I still don't receive paper bills in my mail box. I am sick of ebills. Please discontinue Ebill in my account AND SEND ME PAPER BILLS for my landline no. 011 - 41730923.
