Dear Sir,
I have a prepaid card of Airtel.
I am facing following problem:
Airtel activates certain services e.g. radio mirchi pack without taking concern whether I am interested to activate such service or not. It deducts the balance for such service. When I contact to airtel customer care, I get reply that I have activated such services when there is a call from Airtel for the activation of such service. Even Airtel do not refund me the money deducted for such service.
I want to know what can be done in a such matter?
Suggestion from my side:
Company should send a SMS whether customer want to activate such service, and if Customer's reply is YES then only such services should be activated.
