I have 2 airtel connections which have all of a sudden stoppped working in my residence. I have lodged a complaint with airtel customer care twice. The first was on 14 sept, which I was informed that would be solved by 22nd sept.

However till date I have not received an update.

When I called customer care again today they informed me that my complaint has been resolved yesterday which is not the case since till today morning i was not able to use my phone at my place.

When i informed him of the same, he stated it to be a handset error without checking anytthing.

On informing him that I have 2 handsets with airtel numbers which were nt working, another complaint was lodged which would now be resolved by 29th. That means another 10 days.

During this time Im expected to be disconnected from everybody while Im inside my house or infact in my locality.
