Documentation no acknowledgement

I got Air tel prepaid connection since 6 years (documents submitted while taking connection), recently it got disconnected. When I called customer care centre they activated incoming facility, couldnot provide calling facility. After two days I got message that documents has to submitted intune with BSNL rules. I went to submit the documents at AIR TEL Relationship centre, after three rounds to their shop, finally they took my documents. I asked for acknowledgement, they said we don't give. Then I said what is the proof that I gave the docuiments to you. They replied that after 10 days this will be confirmed by SMS. How rude it is, once whenm I am not providing the documents, phone calls barred. When I submitted all the required documents, refused to give acknowledgement. Why it is happening for Air tel. Nobody is taking keen interest to look into the matter. Simply they are saying that if you want you can take back your documents. But they don't want to give any acknowledgement. Pl provide me solution or take this matter to the highest autjority. We are in a remote /rural locality. How justice will happen and how can i get reply.
