MNP Request Rejected

I have received port number from Idea IW613G, and submitted to Tata Docomo.

After 7 days I came to know that Idea has not approved my MNP..

Can any one help on my issue for 9837593786

They are not listening. we mail to all authority and no one replying.. customer care is charging 50 paisa for 3 mins, . and have no answer why it has been not approved.
