i am having a idea connection from past 2years an i have activated GPRSpack an wiyhout informing dat they have activated cricket alert's
an i have spoken to customer care 3 times they r not responding properly an they will tell we will disconect with in 11 hours an if i see the balance next day it wIll be deducted 5rs per day an really upsated to use idea connection. an i my complaint register number is 20255875858 so kindly do the need full as soon as possible
