I want the convert the mobile sim post paid to pre-paid. but as in pune city Aundh My Idea Center is not doing this proccess. When i submitted the all documents. (like... Idea post paid bill, driving license, pand card... etc.) then why it is not converting the postpaid to pre-paid? it there is the your policy is the only address proof required like (Light bill, aggreement and whatever... then when i was convert the pre-paid the that time how it is the same light bill and all doc. considering for the postpaid sim or connection...
Give me a valid region don't give the fullish tell it's our policy and the u wnt to give the valid address proof...
if you questioning the same... then plz check one above line which i mention.
bus i wnt the convert postpaid to pre-paid... that's it...
and there is no commansence to the My Idea center at Aundh office which seating cutsmer excecutives...

If there is the solutions or u wnt to the converting the postpaid to pre-paid then give me call...
otherwise leave it cutoff my contion and don't call for remain outstanding... i don't need any thing from idea... hecatic words... if give better service then always welcome... other wise leave it matter... and cutoff my connection... don't give any service form idea... i will change my connection from other communication company...
(Note :- only the question for address proof matter. Why not consider the Idea postpaid bill for the pre-paid connection?)
