i am jasvant Singh, i have a postpaid SIM account in IDEA celluler.the issue is that since long time i am facing one issue related to the SIM, i am not able to read messages coming in my Inbox, and while trying to open the message it stucks for some time and nothing happends.
I reported same issue multiple time to the IDEA customer care but thay told to me that our Engineer are not able to resolve the issue, and i have to Visit local idea shop to resolve the issue.
i visited the local shop but, they told to me that i have to visit IDEA main office for changing the SIM, Why should i waste my time to go there each and every time when the mistake is from company side not from my side?
Due to this issue i am not able to read messages coming from IDEA company to intimate me that my credit limit is over, resulting my outgoing is getting debbarred.
multiple time when i was on tour that time my out going was blocked, due to which i faced lots of problem
i requested to customer care that i am in interier area and not able to find IDEA shop than thay told me that i have to pay bill than only my outgoing can be debbarred.due to such irresponsible response i had major financial losses.
Now i want to block this No. without payment of bill, this amount is very less as compare to the loss what i had due to above issues.
Could you please help me on this matter?
