International Roaming charges

I have register a complaint for the excess international roaming charges & after the verification Idea's representative register a complaint & the compliant no is: 148178231, dated: 11/05. Now they are saying that the charges debit to your account are correct & it was mistake of thier representative who had book the complaint.

I would like to request you to look into this matter.
