IDEA is the best company in terms of the network and if you talk about the customer service its the BEST i have logged a complaint on 21/08 id nos are 98804077 and 98799218 regarding the network problem in saket that i don't get signal in this specific area and they are so efficient that till now there engineers are working and problem is not been solved.and before entertaining the complaint they close the complaints also by saying it has been resolved.
its my suggestion to all of you to cut off your bills down please use idea. when u don't have network u ll definitely have the cost cut in ur bills.
