I am riyaz ahmad qureshi from Jabalpur. I have a problem that my prapaid SIM is not activate

up to till present. I have Sim Is Damage.i want to convert my number New Sim. New Sim Is Allready Parchesing Your Idea Office. New Sim No.8991784100466417716. But i get no any faithful response.from idea service center. my Idea prepaid number is - 9926335779

again i request to you please activate my prepaid idea mobile as soon as possible.
