Complain for network

I have two mobile no 9867289252 & 9322941502 which is porting number from another operator to idea operator after porting when i go to mumbai to maharashtra circle & dial any reliance operator number then error message show invalid number or check number u have dial & also i have problem for incoming call when talk in incoming call then call will be disconnect automatically and error message shoe in phone is network fail please solve my problem as soon as possible
