Balance deduction without any infromation

I had a balance deduction of Rs.58 on dated 04 feb without any information.

This is not the first time i'm going through this problem, so i called many times to

idea customer care for complain and i had talked to SENIOR SUPERVISOR Mr. YOGESH

and my complain was registered but no further steps had been taken since one month.

The customer care executive have no manner to talk with customer too.

So i'm providing complain no. 12658307997

Due to such problem i was unable to use my tariff plan and i had paid standard call rate.

So i want to lodge Rs. 500 as fine.

Please take strict action against them.
