Dear All,
Very Recently i switched my mobile number from Aircel to Idea due to poor customer care and no benefit offers in Aircel. The customer care and offers are good in Idea but the network coverage is very poor. Kindly take necessary steps to improve it to retain the customers. I decided to wait another three months. If the network coverage is not improve than will switch to TATA Docomo. Unfortunate that the portability waiting period is Three months.
