My idea voice chat has been activated automatically on my number 9990409932 on 31st may and Rs. 30 has been deducted without my permission. The exact same thing had also happened to me previously once more. And the customer representative do not even talk properly.
Also, inspite of several tries, they do not even register my number to the DND scheme.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the deducted amount.
