Hi,
I bought a idea prepaid card and submitted all the required documents including electricity bill, driving licence copy and photo. My connection worked fine for 8 days and then is suddenly put into temporary suspension. Customer care guy explains me that i have not submitted the documents.
My complaint is that idea company should not be disconnecting my connection when they allowed me my incoming and outgoing for 8 days. Dealer should be asked about the documents and not me. If they allow accounts to be activated without documents submitted then it is a threat to our national security as anyone can just buy a prepaid without documents and do what ever evil he wants to do. My idea number is 8308132514. I am facing tempporary suspension of my connection from last three days. It is giving me lot of trouble as I already called my friends and relatives and gave them my this new number. Please look into this.
