Automatically service activation

Dear Sir,

I am aditiya chugh, i am using idea prepaid no. 099149-85674. they have automatically activate services on my no. that not in my knowledge. when i do recharge then my balance deduct by them. but i have not activated that services. i contact them by there customer care no. but no response from them. so pl do something
