I have been using Idea Postpaid Connection for past more than 5 years, which has ISD activated since day one, but now all of sudden without informing my ISD services had been stopped and on talking with Idea Cellular customer care on No. 12345 from my idea no. I am told to get an approval for ISD activation from the Idea Local Office. the question is Why my ISD services were discontinued and why shall I go the Idea Office to get this service activated again as I had not given any request for the discontinuation of the same. is this all about Great Idea...??? to cheat its customers...
