About deduction of money from my phone

Hi my name is Prem. I am using idea network. They are activating unwanted services and deducting my currency regularly. To day Rs-150 as been deducted from my sim and i received message regarding this. The message details is like (Your Mobile Tv Monthly plan is activated. Amount charged is Rs 150 for 31 Days). I am not activated any service. Customer care officials is not listening my complaint they are telling your voice not clear and disconnecting the call.
