Dear sir,
i am regular customer of idea cellular services ltd from last 4 years. From last 15 days i was facing problems with service that SIM card hasbeen deacivated without any pre intimation and when conctated with customer care idea they are not conveying proper solution to me and torchering mentally.they are saying that to submit the documents but i have submitted them at the time of purchasing SIM card. so plz sir do the proper action on such issue so that i can experience uninterrupted service.
