Idea is not taking any action on Port In Request

Hi!

I have submitted Port-In request twice for Airtel to Idea in Idea showroom available in Velacherry, Chennai. And also i submitted Vodafone to Idea Port-In request. But Idea didn't take any necessary actions. So my both the Port-In requests were rejected. Finally I changed my Airtel Number to Uninor.
