i use Idea cellular Prepaid service my no. is 9990992511. i use GPRS plan of it. i buy one coupon of Rs.98 on which clearly mention i would get 2GB Data usage for 30 Days. but company is providing only 1GB, when i complaint regarding this issue company's customer care executive is behaving rude with me & when i ask him, i will file complaint in consumer court, he said ofcourse sir please goahead & he disconnect my call then i am not able to contact customer care no. it just disconnect by their own. please take correct action on the company & its representative.
