Without information balance deduction

Dear Sir/madam,

Most humbly I beg to say that I am bearing mobile service of Idea cellular 9576263811, Without any information co. has activated some message service which is

matrimony, properties, quote, jokes etc. Everyday charges of this is being deducted,

many time contact to customer care executive and they say " sorry please call after 2 or 3 hours we don't have information regarding this and the process they said is not working properly.

customer care executive only repeating same sentence as they got training.

finally I decided to log a complain and requested you to please do the needfull I"ll be very thankfull to you.
