I am having an idea connection No. 9781016500, I had taken a one year sms pack that expired on 15/4. But was not awair of this expiry date as per routine ikept using sms facility. On 17/4 i cheked my balance which your company provides by dialiang*886#2# I found that my balance was shown only for the call but not for sms i immigiatly called on 9814012345 but was told to go to idea showroom, in the evening i visited the showroom at mohali phase 7, They called upon thhead office and i had a version with mr. LALLIT and was told that we cant adujust the amount of sms done after 15/4 and the amont was as little as Rs94. To my wonder if a person activates a yearly pack of sms that costs Rs561, shouldnt he be informed about his validity in last month. The answer was yes, but i was not informed of this. Now the question is, can the company adjust the amount of Rs94, or I should Quit with IDEA. Please rember I am your old coustmer. I wanted again activate the same Pack. Hoping for early reply.
