I have the corporate Blackberry unlimited service (Rs 899/-) on my
number and every time I browse it increases the unbilled amount and this
is eating up my credit limit. This in turn gives me irritating messages
when I try to place a call. I tried to call up customer care to
enhance the credit limit on the account, customer care team is of
no help. I must say Vodafone customer care team is EXCEPTIONALLY Stupid, AMAZINGLY Dumb and RIDICULOUSLY Helpless and HOPELESS.
I tried to explain them this situation and they only hear the word
credit enhancement and tell me to make an advance payment or a caution
deposit without listening or trying to understanding the problem.
so I REALLY DONT SEE WHY I WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TROUBLE.
These guys are not ashamed of cheating customers with their ILLEGAL and UNETHEICAL business practices??? This is how theyreward their customer for being loyal to a ridiculous service provider for ever since they started their operations in Hyderabad?
This county needs some serious law changes where customer can actuall file law suits on such IRRESPONSIBLE companys and make sure they come down to their feet set an example for other such company’s.
