I had a postpaid, two, connnections in my wife's name Mrs. Yugandhara P Chaudhari. the connection which my wife is using had all the time problems like unnecessarily adding of amount which we had not used. I complainint several time to the call center, but not an serious action is been taken.
We pay the bill in time and before the due date, but the posting by the internal admin staff is not proper. these staff make the posting of my cheques in some others account and some others account cheque is been posted our account, which is been bounce and they charge the fine for us. Inspite of bringing these problem in there consideration, still the fine is not reverse and been shown in my account. I asked them to give my return cheque or the slip which bank provides with the return cheque mentioning the reason of cheque return they had not answerfor these. Call center guys are replying to contact the gallery but there is no gallery in our town. If vodafone is not cappable or cannot afforde the gallary for our city then why did the sell there connections in our area. And secondly there are huge number of connection in this area, but still they do not taking it seriously. Voda has arrange an mini store but the store incharge is not so active and the store has not such rights provided. They had a limit.
I also had a second connection in which I am paying the excess amount to vodafone. If I would a defaulter then would I had paid excess amount these people?
I called severall times to Mr. Krishnamuty the top incharge, but his assitant has not taken any action on my complaint.
Nowadays, Vodafone has starting collecting the monies on toll free numbers without informing the customer.
