Vodafone Cheat and Harrassment

Vodafone has the worst attitude when it comes to customers. I have been using Vodafone for 5 yrs now and the result has been very disappointing and disgusting. Vodafone had very bad network coverage in my area (bangalore). I had complained 100 times literally and had patiently waited whenever they assured of improving the network. But finally i decided to call it quits when my patience ran out, but the worst part is even after cancelling the connection, they billed on my number 9986501562 and made me pay 2000rs. Their billing system is pathetic and crap. They dont waiver when they do the mistake. I had to pay 2000rs for no reason when i had not even used the connection, for 2 months. They harass people and make them pay. They are aafter money and not providing service. I have been disgusted with their attitude and service. Never go for vodaofone connection if you are in bangalore. I am currently using AIRTEL and woiuld say that the service is 100 times better so as NETWORK. I never have network congestion problem. Whereas with voidaofne it was matter of daily woes. Please go thru your bills before u make payments, else u end up donating hard earned money to these VODAFONE people.
