describtion: i had recharged for 200 rs to avoid frequent recharges but loop had activated un asked scheme which will give me 20rs talktime more on recharge of 200 and that will have to use the same in 20 days or else will lapse.. when cld the customer service - rep named ignatious fernandes and he was so very un helpful aNd the words he used - WHO TOLD YOU TO RECHARGE AND NOT MY PROBLEM, I CANT HELP YOU

I AM NOT ASKING OR EXPECTING WONDERS FROM LOOP

I EXPECT JUST MY BALANCE AS ON 10TH JULY ON THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER WHICH WAS FORCEFULLY ACTIVATED ON MY CARD TO BE ADDED TO THE MAIL BALANCE
