I had given the request to convert my nos from postpaid to prepaid on 28th feb and has given the photo, kyc and form as per the executive mahendra but the request has not been forwarded and the 2nd bill was generated which shows excess payment of Rs 62 which means the amount which was communicated to me was more than the normal.
after repeated follow also the nos was not converted and was told will get back but there was no revert.
Finally has given the request for cancellation as the 2nd bill has been generated and i have to pay Rs 530 .
if they can't service the customer why they are increasing there numbers?
