Efund of deducted amt from balance

I wnt to deactivate my mkg plan. so i was sending msg (unsubmkg) first time on dated 30 nov. & my mkg plan was deactivate on 19 jan. so my daily rental had been deducted from my balance in this period. that's why i wnt my refund amt which is deducted from my balace.
