Wrong billing information

Myself Pradeep Babaji Palve.

My mobile number is 9773192522

This number belongs to my cousin Mr. Sameer Lawand. I am using this number since last two year.

But for last two months the billing information is not correct.

they have charged me Rs. 210 for making calls to 55666, which I have never made.

I am not going to pay for this.

Also my credit is 1000. the how can my bill exceed this limit.

I need support.
