Sir, today in morning my balance was rs.63 and my daily free internet plan was activated.on 10.00 am i have removed my sim and checked the balance it was 63 but when at 4.00 pm i have putted in sim card and checked my balance it was 41.00.i have called customer care two times they have said that there system failure so call later, but i have called again and this time the person have said that you have used surfing so the balance have been deducted.he said that your daily internet plan was deactivated at midnight on 17.10.2010 due to unsufficient balance, but i have rs.66 at that time and the plan was forwarded with cutting my balance rs.3.they are not listening to my complaint sis please help me my name is gajendra chauhan and my number is 8082541877 and i have dus ka gang plan activated but because of this i have put my new no. 8828492919 in use till this problem solves and i will get my balance back
