I am using a loop mobile. I was unable to receive calls on my cell, the calling party used to hear a message saying that the cell is switched off while it was always on. This went on for about 2 months and now since the time this has been sorted, my blackberry services are not working for the reasons best known to the company. All the above problems are location specific (ie when i am in my office), else they work fine. In spite of numerous assurances form the service provider, nothing has been done about the same. Kindly let me know what can be done here
