POOR SERVICE

I am having Android 2.2 based mobile phone and I am not able to access android market via my Gmail Account.

I have called Loop Customer Care and I was told to activate GPRS instead of WAP service.

I activated GPRS then also i was not able to access my Gmail Account then again I called customer service and I was told to call them from some other number so that they will transfer me to their technical department.

I called them from Reliance Number but they told me their Technical Department is busy and will revert back.

Is this the service given by such a big company.

They are not able to solve my problem from last 7 days.
