Silent Billing (Service Activation)

I got one GPRS service msg from loop, it was taking too much time to open so i cancelled that message automatically service activated & daily 5 rs deducted.

So i called Customer care they told u have service activated from "Hungama site" so i called hungama they told u never accessed hungama site. So i again called to customer care first time they disconnect call & second time they were telling u activated daily top up. But i never register any service. This happens 2nd time. Loop having bullshit software & technical team they cannot identify the event occured on Keypad. So never go for Loop mobile.

So stay away from loop mobile.
