My Name is Nilesh Shinde, Resident at Mumbai and my no is 9821092168. I'm a Loop mobile subscriber (BPL mobile AKA).
Loop mobile service is horrible nowadays and i am fed up of loop's service quality.
This is to bring to your notice that Loop Mobile is harassing its user and not allowing them to move to other network even after all the outstanding bills has been cleared in time before the due dates.
Over and above first time they rejected saying outstanding due, which then i paid before due date and second time as Contractual Obligation violation.
I really don't understand when did Loop signed contract with me. I guess this is just another fraud of Loop mobile.
Now, the relationship manager named Mr. Ziad (9870899968) is not at all answering his phone since a weeks now even after sending smses and reminders.
Please suggest how can i get out of this.
Is going to consumer court now a must situation for me and should i ask for compensation/police complaint for this kind of harassment.
