Balance Deduction

Sir,

i have purchase 2 loop sim card with balance of Rs 26 then after 15-20 days when i checked my balance is shown Rs 14 & Rs 11 (without using no.) both nos. My loop mobile number is 9870419336/ 9870419332.

I am harassing by my loop mobile service. they told me that i activate miscall alert on both nos. They activate anything anytime without any call or message and deduct my balance daily. I daily call them and ensure what exactly going on..

But they are not listening. I am tired.. Please help me.
