Currently I have having LOOP mobile – 9870736764, on 28.01.2011 I put a request for MNP. My unique porting code is LM154425.
On 29.01.11 I approached to MTNL-Nerul office and collected the SIM card (I wish to use MTNL service on 9870736764).
Today I received a call from LOOP customer care (9870588800) that I can not port because my number 9870736764 is having life time validity.
Please help me in this regard and advise me to whom I need to approach to get rid off from LOOP mobile.
