I got a call from Matrix (Ms. Jaspreet) to enquire if I wanted a SIM card for my forthcoming visit to Japan in June.

I took this Matrix SIM card for my visit and returned on the 2nd July. Since that evening I have been trying to contact this lady and he cell phone's switched off. I tried calling their "Customer Care", but their standard reply day after day is that "Ma'am, your SIM will be collected tomorrow". I have spoken to a gentleman names Nippun Grover on 9811123060 atleast on 4 occassions and he also promises to get this phone and SIM collected in 2 days.

Today their call center told me that I will get my 5000.00 back only in August???

This is because their system did not generate a bill in July!!!

Why should I wait? What if I delay their payments, would they not charge me a fee for delayed payment, how is this case different now when Matrix is on the receiving end?

I have been trying to get in touch with these idiots since 2 weeks now, but without any luck of getting my money back.

If I dont get this resolved latest by 20th July, I shall be forced to move to the courts ..
