recently while on my foriegn trip, i was carrying matrix cellular. they said roaming rate was 7.68 SGD/ minute. when i received billing statements i found they charged with more than 15 SGD per minute. when i asked them they said minimum is 7.68 SGD and maximum as per the service providers discrete. So please careful these people do not have any control over other service provider's charges. They simply charge as per CDR. You will loose your money in abnormal way. Avoid using these type of service, other wise prepare to loose your hard earning money. If you have any discrepancy, you cannot get solved but you will come to know their stringent or cheating rules and regulation.
Be careful, do not waste your hard earning money to easy earning corporates. BEWARE OF MATRIX CELLULAR INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
