I am mohit gupta, I have taken a matrix number 66813733086 on 27/11/10 for my trip to Thailand. I have s huge problem with incoming calls, its like whenever I receive s call I pick it up but I don't get to hear anything.
I am submitting this complaint because this problem is persistent and occurs every time. I am still in Thailand, however I also fear exorbitant charges levied by this company later for their mishap.
I seek a resolution and I am hugely afraid to recommend this to anyone else on this planet.
