I have a IDEA connection which I want to transfer to MTNL. I have submitted all documents related to MNP at Sanchar Haat, Mayur Vihar phase 2 in the forst week of feburary but till today there is no change in service provider. When I am calling at Sanchar Haat, Mayur Vihar, noone is there to give correct answer... they always saying "Concerned person is not on desk right now". when call customer service they said no some document related issue you need to contact Sanchar Haat but noone is there to response. This is MTNL.
