I am facing the problem regarding "no network" since last 20 days or so, despite of my various complaints regarding this matter to the customer care via phone or even in person, no solution or concrete step has been taken till now, except fake promises. Now the person in charge there is saying that the problem is out of his working area and power i.e. he can`t do anything to solve my problem. Nevertheless, airtel is making claims "network everywhere".
