Dear Sir,

I am using reliance CDMA pre-paid connection. On 15-03 my account balance is bebited Rs. 30 for voice chat subscription renewal. But I have never placed any request for voice chat subscription. They themselves active it and then deduct money for renewal of subscription.

When i asked that when did i place request then they said we do have record of one month only. They don't have previous record.

Please help me in this matter.
